Payment

Payment must be received in full before the shipment of any item.

Shipping

For orders within the United States, we will normally ship your order within five business days. With standard shipping, the delivery date will depend on your location, and we unfortunately have no way to guarantee a specific delivery date. If you would like to track your order and/or guarantee your delivery date, please purchase the expedited "Priority Shipping" option.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.  

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Incorrect or damaged items are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item within 15 days of receiving the item. In most cases, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Wholesale Orders

We happily accept wholesale orders from licensed retailers and businesses. Please message us to receive more information, including our wholesale line-sheets. Please include your business name, location, and business website. If you are already an established retailer, please email us at hello@kristinmackenzie.com to place your wholesale order.
