Product Spotlight: Calligraphy Kits
Oh my goodness—this calligraphy kit is so very special to me. Before I got into the stationery business, I really wanted to learn how to do calligraphy but it felt way too intimidating to take a class. After so many years of teaching myself watercolor calligraphy, I’ve now created the kit that I wish I had years ago! Now, I want to share the details of it to show you how special it really is.
This kit is the perfect way to learn how to paint watercolor calligraphy from the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. It includes everything you could possibly need to get started.

The kit includes my all-time favorite watercolor paint brush from Winsor & Newton, a gold-topped dropper bottle filled with my favorite watercolor paint from Dr. Ph. Martin’s, and a beautiful custom-designed watercolor calligraphy mixing dish, featuring a super handy paintbrush rest. The dish is handmade by one of my favorite ceramic artists, Laura Lou Pottery and comes in pink, gray, and white. We’ve also included a stack of cold-press notecard-sized watercolor paper that’s just the right size and texture for practicing.
When I began designing the beginner’s guide, I kept thinking—”what is it that I wish I had known earlier?” and put all of those tips and tricks into an original booklet that has everything you need to know to get started.
Finally, it’s all packaged up thoughtfully in a sturdy white chipboard box, wrapped with a beautiful vellum label. They make the perfect gift for someone you love or for a "little “treat-yourself” moment.
